Designing a set of stunning social media icons that are clean enough to complement a more minimal design, but still have that something special, is on my eternal 'to do' list. But, being a little bit busy and a little bit lazy, instead I'm forever on the lookout for really nice social media icons that meet my exacting requirements.
Socialis 2 by xeloader on Deviant Art is fantastic because they're simple, uncluttered and structured while at the same time being strikingly coloured and shaded. Plus, in addition to the normal Twitter - Facebook - You Tube icons, it also contains icons for sites that designers love, such as Behance, making it really useful for a designer wanting to spice up their site or blog with beautiful icons.
